We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders over $25 and EXPRESS SHIPPING for extra paid orders.
Each order requires 2-4 business days for processing. If your package exceeds the standard processing period, it's normally since a particular item(s) requires a longer processing time, or is in pre-order status. The items of pre-orders, along with the rest of the order, will be processed once the stock becomes available. The date shown on the website is only a guide. We will however endeavor to process your order ready for delivery to you either on the date shown or shortly afterward. Please check the timeframe we updated on the page for pre-order items.
Usually, it takes approximately 7-10 business days for express shipping and about 10-21 business days for standard shipping, depending on different countries, areas, and shipping carriers. Please be aware that we have no control over the shipping process. Please verify your shipping address eligibility during checkout. We are not responsible for any invalid or undeliverable address. For security purposes, we're unable to redirect the package once it has been shipped. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
